Additionally, he has worked with some of the largest fortune 500 companies across the retail, foodservice, hospitality, telecom, senior living, and REIT sectors. Steve is passionate about enhancing customer experiences and developing scalable programs that ensure brand standards are achieved.

Originally from Chicago – and still a loyal Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears, and Bulls fan- Steve now lives in metro Detroit with his wife and two daughters. Outside work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, grilling, traveling and is often tackling personal projects or engaging in community work – always learning and improving, with the same care he applies to his clients.
