The Job Isn't the Hard Part.
The Logistics Are.
A fixture install or a merchandising reset is one of those jobs that looks simple on paper. Pull the old gondolas, set the new ones, level them, load the product, double-check the plan-o-gram, move on to the next store.
The trouble is that “the next store” might be 400 miles away, on a different schedule, with a different store manager, and a delivery truck that didn’t show up when it was supposed to. Multiply that by a few hundred locations and a tight launch window, and you’ve got a logistics problem dressed up as a merchandising problem.
We’ve been doing this kind of work for 20+ years. The crews know how to read a planogram, the project managers know how to sequence stores so trucks don’t pile up at distribution, and the field app keeps everyone honest about what’s actually been done.

What Reset Covers
Merchandising
Merchandising is the work that decides whether a customer can find what they came in for. New-item cut-ins, category resets, seasonal surge, plan-o-gram audits, in-store staffing for big launches. Our crews work on your timeline, including overnight and early-morning windows when the store is closed, so the floor is ready before customers walk in.
- Resets and new-item cut-ins
- Category updates and seasonal surge
- New store builds and remodels
- Plan-o-gram integrity audits
- POP and graphic installations
- Signage and POS placement
- Backroom services and product repackaging
- In-store staffing and continuity coverage

Fixture Installation
Fixtures are what your sales floor is built on. When they go in wrong, everything else gets harder. Levelling, anchoring, and assembly all have to be right the first time, especially with steel pallet racking and gondolas that the rest of the store gets staged around. Our installers work on retail fixtures, millwork, cash wraps, and brand displays across single stores and full chain rollouts.
- Steel and cantilever racking
- Gondolas (demo, install, moves, leveling)
- Millwork and cash wraps
- Metal and wood fixtures
- Interactive displays
- Loss-prevention security devices
- Graphics

Assembly and Logistics
A reset doesn’t start when the crew shows up. It starts weeks earlier with kitting, palletizing, and getting the right materials to the right store on the right day. We handle the warehousing, the staged deliveries, and the on-floor assembly of pre-built product like bikes, grills, fitness equipment, and RTA furniture. When the crew arrives, the materials are already there. When the install is done, teardown and recycling get handled too.
- Warehousing and shipment receiving
- Kitting, palletizing, and check-in
- Staged delivery to site
- Fixture mobilization and relocation
- Teardown, disposal, and recycling
- On-floor product assembly (bikes, grills, fitness, RTA furniture, patio, lawn and garden)
