What the Work Looks Like
The work comes from our clients — multi-site brands across retail, restaurants, banks, healthcare, senior living, and more. Most jobs are commercial: a paint refresh on 40 quick-service restaurants, an electrical scope across a regional bank’s branch network, plumbing repairs on a property management company’s portfolio, fixture installs at a national retailer’s flagship locations.
A lot of it happens at night or on weekends. Restaurants need to be open for lunch. Bank lobbies have to look ready Monday morning. Retail can’t afford closed aisles during business hours. If your crew is willing to work after-hours when the job calls for it, you’ll see more work come your way — but it’s not a hard requirement, and plenty of our daytime work fits a normal schedule.
Documentation is part of every job. Our field app handles the photos, the check-in/check-out, and the deliverable reporting. If you’re already on a smartphone and comfortable taking before-and-after photos, you’ve got most of what you need.
Trades We’re Hiring
We’re actively bringing on commercially-experienced vendors in the following trades:
- General Contractors
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- HVAC Specialists
- Painters
- Wall Covering Specialists
- Carpenters
- Handymen
If you do commercial work in a trade that’s not on this list but adjacent to what we do, apply anyway and tell us what you cover.
What You Need to Have
These are the non-negotiables. If any of these are missing, we can’t bring you on yet — but they’re worth getting in order if you’re serious about commercial multi-site work.
- Proper insurance, including Workers’ Compensation, General
- Liability, Auto, and Umbrella coverage
- Your own tools and reliable transportation
- A smartphone for our field app
- Commercial work experience in your trade
What Makes a Strong Fit
Beyond the basics, these are the things that tell us a vendor is going to be a long-term partner. None of them are dealbreakers on their own, but the more boxes you check, the better the fit.
- Willing to work nights and weekends when the job calls for it
- Organized – you hit deadlines, return paperwork, and document jobs cleanly
- Strong communicator who returns calls and keeps your PM in the loop
- Comfortable reading scopes of work and project plans
- Crew flexibility – you can scale up or down depending on the job
Trade certifications and licenses where applicable
