She previously supported our operations team in the Facility Maintenance division, where she excelled at managing high-volume work orders, strengthening vendor relationships, and bringing structure to fast-paced workflows. With years of experience across operations, client services, recruiting, and process improvement, she brings a broadened skill set and a proven ability to elevate both team performance and client experience.
A Philadelphia native and proud Eagles fan, Rita brings the same energy and passion to her work as she does to her life outside the office. She enjoys golfing, working out, and tackling home renovation projects—and she’s rarely seen without her playful golden retriever, Maverick.
