Joann has been in facility services since 2001. She joined BrandPoint Services in 2022 to lead the Boston office, moved into integration as SVP, and now serves as Chief Integration Officer.
She works across every division of the company to keep operations, processes, and the client experience consistent. She’s trained in EOS and led its rollout at BPS — which is why the company runs on scorecards, rocks, and L10s today. She holds a B.A. in Political Science. Her leadership style is simple: she works for the people she leads. She wants to know what’s getting in someone’s way, then partners with the team to find the solution.
Outside the office, she’s mom to two kids and two labs — and her favorite place to be is on the beaches of South Carolina with her family.
