Social Purpose

Giving back is part of how BrandPoint operates. Our team supports two non-profits we care deeply about, and shows up throughout the year for food drives, Days of Service, and community events that matter to the people who work here.

Entrepreneurs United

BrandPoint is a sponsor of the Entrepreneurs United Empowerment Experience (EUEE), an annual three-day retreat that brings more than 50 founders, executives, and investors together for the kind of conversations that don’t happen in the middle of a busy quarter. Strategy, leadership, scaling, performance — the topics that actually shape where a company is going.

Members of our leadership team attend every year. We sponsor it because the thinking that happens in that room makes us better operators, and better operators make better partners for our clients. The relationships we’ve built there have changed how we run BrandPoint.

The 2026 retreat takes place November 2-4 in Puerto Rico. If you’re a founder or executive who’d value being in a room like that, you can learn more or apply directly on the EU site.

The TKD Memorial Foundation

Todd Kenneth Delaney was Steve Hearon’s close friend in high school. They both graduated from Downingtown Senior High in 1988. Todd went on to Indiana University of Pennsylvania, built a successful career in medical recruiting, got married, and seemed to be on his way to a happy life. In 2004, at age 34, Todd died by suicide.

The TKD Memorial Foundation was founded by Todd’s friends, including Steve, to support the people left behind and to fund awareness and prevention work. The board now includes two members of BrandPoint’s leadership team, Kyle Weber and Jason Pechfelder.

TKD holds two major fundraisers a year: the Texas Hold’em event each summer in Downingtown, PA, and a memorial golf outing in the fall. BrandPoint sponsors both, and our team shows up in whatever way makes sense — playing, volunteering, donating, helping run the event, or just spreading the word.

The foundation’s message is simple: suicide can be prevented, and there is help out there. The work of TKD is to make sure more people know that.

If you’d like to sponsor, play, volunteer, or donate at either event, we’d welcome you. The work is better with more people in it.
