The BrandPoint Maintenance Team Saves Black Friday
Black Friday is the single largest shopping day for consumers in the United States. Whether online or in-store, this day typically sees millions of shoppers hit the streets to spend. For many hospitality, restaurant and entertainment businesses this time of the year has an impact on overall sales performance for the year. This past Thanksgiving eve, Director of Maintenance and Repair, Megan Williams, received a call with a plea for help. A BrandPoint client just experienced a debilitating incident to the business. This client had a fire take place threatening their busy Holiday Season. The BrandPoint team and its extended vendor network quickly jumped into action.
Megan recalls, “It’s not necessarily about how fast we can get a job done, although in this case, speed was critical. BrandPoint prides itself on quality, honest work where we help a client get back on their feet. It’s about keeping the lights on and allowing them to put their best foot forward. That was our goal.”
Within two hours of that first call, the BrandPoint team was on-site and evaluating the situation. The following day was Thanksgiving and more than fifty professionals were on location and working to solve problems. Our team included members across multiple trades. From Cleaners and HVAC Technicians to General Contractors, a Full Remediation Team and Foreman, this well-oiled machine got to work. Within 48 hours and on Black Friday, the client was back open for business. The sacrifice of personal lives for the better of the clients is a staple in our DNA.
