Tim Dehncke brings nearly 30 years of facilities management and construction expertise to BrandPoint Services. His career includes more than two decades with QSI Facilities and senior leadership experience as an SVP at Cushman & Wakefield, where he built a reputation for optimizing infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering measurable enterprise value.

Based in Wichita, Kansas, Tim is a devoted husband, father, and mentor who leads with a people-first philosophy. Grounded in his faith and a commitment to excellence, he is passionate about developing high-performing teams and consistently delivering outstanding results for clients. Outside of work, Tim enjoys recharging in nature—whether hiking or spending time at the beach—and proudly cheering on his children in all they pursue.
