Michael Gersh brings 15 years of extensive experience in the facility maintenance industry to his role as the Director of Business Development at BrandPoint Services. Based in Northeast New Jersey, Michael is dedicated to crafting customized programs that meet the unique needs of his clients, while delivering exceptional partnership support. His ability to connect with industry leaders and foster meaningful relationships sets him apart in the field.

An active member of national trade organizations, Michael serves on the RFMA New Vendor Task Force, welcoming new vendors and helping them navigate networking opportunities within RFMA. He also contributes to the Connex Supplier Relations Committee and the Connex Foundation, reflecting his deep commitment to strengthening industry connections.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys an active lifestyle that includes CrossFit, Peloton, mountain biking, and swimming. He loves entertaining by the pool and spending time with his family. Michael has been happily married to his wife, Kristen, and they have two children, Torin and Brylee. Whether he’s cheering on Torin at his AA ice hockey games or watching Brylee dance and play softball, Michael treasures his time with his kids. His favorite vacation destinations include Aruba and Naples, Florida.
