Trade Vendor (Subcontract Work)

A growing National Commercial Refresh and Facility Management company is seeking dependable, insured Trade Vendors with commercial experience. We are looking for contractors in the following fields: Electric, Plumbing, Maintenance Services like Paint and Flooring, Handymen and General Contracting. Candidates will be responsible for communicating timely job details with our Project Management Team.

The Ideal Candidate Must:

• Have proper insurance including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Umbrella coverage
• Be willing to perform night work
• Be willing to complete all paperwork within deadlines
• Be organized
• Have a smartphone
• Have their own tools and transportation
• Possess strong communication skills
• Understand how to read plans and/or directions regarding scope of work
• Certification and licenses a plus
• Varying crew sizes helpful
